EAPCCT Congress attendance awards
The awards permit registration for the main congress at the applicable student rate, and free registration for the pre-congress. As the 2022 congress is a fully hybrid event the awards are for either physical or virtual attendance.
Eligibility
- Awardees must be on the staff of a poisons centre or a clinical department from a country on the inclusive list (based on World Bank Atlas method)
- Awardees must have submitted an abstract for oral or poster presentation at the meeting that is later accepted by the EAPCCT Scientific and Meetings Committee
- Priority is given to new applicants under the age of 40
- No individual may receive this award more than twice
- Central European and EU accession countries
- Two awards per annum per eligible country (based on latest World Bank international GDP listings).
- The countries are Albania, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, and Ukraine.
- Non- European countries
- Five awards are available per annum for eligible countries (based on latest World Bank World Bank Atlas method).
- If more than five applications are received their abstract review scores will be used to decide who receives the awards.

EAPCCT Membership awards
One EAPCCT membership is awarded per country per annum. This includes on-line access to Clinical Toxicology and all the voting rights and benefits of full membership including reduced rate congress fees.
Applicants should be on the staff of a poisons centre of clinical department from a country on the inclusive list above.
