You must prepare your poster presentation in Powerpoint and, a short (2 minute max.) audio introduction to it. This will need to be submitted by May 3rd to guarantee that all posters are available for view on the virtual congress platform.
Authors should have received the link and the credentials to upload the files through the online submission form. You will need to approve this digital capture. During the process, you will be asked to confirm that you authorize the publication of your presentation files in the Congress virtual platform.
If you are attending the Tallinn Congress in person there will be poster boards to display your poster at the congress venue (see guidance below for dimensions). If you wish to utilise local printers in Tallinn for printing, please contact the Congress Secretariat (there may be deadlines for this).
Please ensure you have appropriate back-up files for the image and audio track.
The Powerpoint ‘slide’ for the e-poster / poster should include the following
Title – the title of your presentation, a listing of the contributors and their affiliations
Statement - for conflict of interest and other declarations, taking into consideration of the following
Photo – putting an image of the presenting author on the poster can help those attending the congress physically to identify you! (Optional)
Guidance for delegates about use of social media - please indicate if you do not wish images of your poster to be circulated via social media (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
Contact details - provide contact details for those to whom queries and comments may be addressed if desired (optional – but desirable!)
